These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the AlineaPro Dental Querétaro website, located at Plaza Depoint Business Corner, Jurica 110, Jurica, 76100 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., Mexico. By accessing and using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using it.
1. Informational nature of the site
The content of this site is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a diagnosis or medical opinion and does not replace the evaluation, diagnosis or treatment of a health professional. Only a clinical evaluation can determine which treatment is right for each person.
2. Dental services
The services described on the site (smile makeover, dentures and crowns, dental implants, teeth whitening, orthodontics, root canal treatment and dental surgery and/or extraction) are provided after an evaluation and according to the needs and conditions of each patient. The description of a treatment does not guarantee that it is indicated in all cases.
3. Appointments
- A request for an appointment through the site, by phone or by WhatsApp is subject to confirmation by the clinic.
- The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information when scheduling.
- To change or cancel an appointment, the user must contact the clinic as far in advance as possible.
4. Results and costs
Treatment results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors, so specific results are not guaranteed. The photographs on the site are illustrative. Costs are determined after the evaluation and may vary from case to case; the information on the site does not constitute a quote or a binding offer.
5. Proper use of the site
The user agrees to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Carry out activities that damage, disable or overload the site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data or restricted areas.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
